As a long time resident of the Conejo Valley, I am grateful for the opportunity to run for one of the current open seats on the Thousand Oaks City Council. It would be my pleasure to give back to our community.

I was born and raised in Hollywood, California and have been a resident of the Conejo Valley since 1975.
My wife, Barbara, and I have two grown sons and four grandchildren.
I am a U.S. Army VETERAN.

As a practicing CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT, I support and understand the challenges of small business owners and workers of our community.
I volunteered for many years as treasurer for a non-profit international business group.
Financial accountability and fiscal responsibility during these uncertain times of fluctuating tax revenues
Support increase of affordable housing for our seniors
Parks, park events, open spaces and recreational opportunities. Increase the amount of esthetically beautiful concrete picnic tables, benches, trees and provide benches at bus stops.

Open houses of worship
For the homeless, I would encourage churches, synagogues and other faith-based organizations to work with community leaders in providing spiritual and psychological help, as well as drug intervention.

Westlake Blvd. and the 101 freeway in the 1980s. Safety and security should be one of our top priorities. We need more affordable housing for seniors. We need more benches at parks and bus stops. We need to allow houses of worship to open with reasonable precautions. We need a responsible budget during the pandemic.
